We ship Ponch all over the world! All goods will be shipped in sustainable biodegradable sturdy paper mailer bags, via fully tracked and — where possible — signed-for services.

Europe Customers:

For all countries outside of the UK, the customer will be liable to pay for local sales tax or import duties which may apply to the purchase. These fees are calculated by customs officials per country, as deliveries enter the port and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Ponch cannot be held responsible should custom authorities either confiscate or charge import duty.

 

My package was never delivered, can I get it resent?

If you are not present when your package was attempted to be delivered, please contact your local shipping service to get it redirected to you. If your package is returned to us, we can ship it back to you at the cost of the original shipping price. If you choose not to have the package resent, Ponch reserves the right to retain the original shipping cost.
