If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, please contact Ponch directly at hello@packaponch.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot offer a refund after this 14 day period.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale or discounted products, unless faulty.

In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, we will try our best to replace it based on availability. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

In your email, please specify your reason for return:
1. Too big
2. Too small
3. Doesn't suit me
4. Product looked different online
5. Ordered more than one
6. Poor quality
7. Faulty
8. Other (please provide feedback)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original condition (not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original Ponch tags attached). It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please note: all returns will need to be sent to our UK-based Head Office — not the warehouse address. The address of our Head Office will be included in our response to your email.

 

Refunds are applicable to the original cost of product. For orders within the United Kingdom, we will also refund the original postage cost charged for your order. This offer is not currently available for orders delivered outside the United Kingdom. All customers will be responsible for the cost and shipment of any returned goods.

 

We recommend you use a tracked and signed-for service, and retain the proof of shipment. Ponch does not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. Customs, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Ponch.

You will receive a notification email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
